Congratulations to George Niemann, a big Amendment 4 supporter, who finally got justice regarding Brian Blair, former Hillsboro County Commissioner for illegal campaign contributions.
As he says, "With fines being limited the way they are, potential perpetrators would rather violate the contribution limits during a campaign and then deal with the financial slap on the wrist long after the campaign is over and after they’ve secured the election win they wanted."
