It took three days for Ron Klein to call Col. Allen West to concede the election. West hung up on him. You just have to love this man.
Here on a local level, Lisa Maxwell never gave Suzanne Mulvehill the common courtesy of a call. She essentially said, "kiss my azz." Carla Blockson, on the other hand, did call Chris McVoy, leaving a message on his answering machine.
Blockson made a fundamental mistake by aligning herself with Maxwell throughout this campaign. Just the fact that she followed common protocol by phoning her opponent immediately after the votes were decided and doing the politically correct thing, shows the difference in Blockson and Maxwell.
Carla Blockson is a lady - enough said.
