2pm today was the deadline to submit the RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Lake Worth Casino Building Rehabilitation Project.
The evaluation committee (staff) will be reviewing the responses this week and will have an initial ranking on the 19th. On October 25, the top ranked firms will give a presentation (open to the public). After the presentations, a final ranking will take place and contract negotiations will begin with the top ranked firm.
The rankings and contract will be deliberated with the Commission on the 27th during a special meeting at 6pm.
