The protesters were chanting "Hey Ho, Hey Ho, SB 1070 has got to go," (at least the chant was in English) as they blocked the street, snarling traffic in the downtown area, and delaying at least one light-rail train, which had to be rerouted.
Don't these people have anything better to do? Just show your damn ID.

In the meantime, Governor Jan Brewer filed the appeal about 12:40 GMT today.
