Her son, Ben Lubin who was a captain in Iraq and Afganistan, grabbed one of the protest signs being held by Jim Whelan, who was sporting a cowboy hat and a Young Frankenstein t-shirt. Whelan is a promoter and says that he is more cowboy than advertising exec.
Lubin was arrested and police charged him with strong armed robbery.
We would like to know who hired Mr. Whelan to cause havoc at SunFest or was this only self-promotion?
