Sorry, Javier!There will be no smoking ban on our beach or anywhere else outdoors as State law forbids any regulation of outdoor smoking.
The PB County State Attorney's office has interpreted the State law differently than some other counties within our State that DO ban smoking outdoors.
So, instead, you will just have to continue to be a part of the beach clean-up effort to remove the trash and ugh, cigarette butts.
