Trump wants to rebuild a decaying public golf course in Washington, D.C., with private money

With modern design, public access, and championship ambition.

Naturally, Democrats want a judge to stop him.

Alexander Muse lays out the absurdity: East Potomac is popular, neglected, structurally tired, and openly in need of major rehabilitation. Nobody serious denies the course is deteriorating. The objection is not really about trees, drainage, history, or recreation. It is about Trump accomplishing something visible in a city his opponents have governed into embarrassment. Litigation has become their reflexive veto.

Good Night, Patriots!

  1. Actually it's about Trump transforming an affordable course that locals can play into an extremely expensive country club that only the privileged can play.

I'm just surprised you didn't blame it on Biden.

  2. Well actually you're wrong and thinking about it, it was neglected under Biden, the worst president next to Obama.
