The veteran anchor and longtime correspondent after 38 years was fired after reportedly clashing with network leadership over their editorial direction. He insulted the new boss. The company's new direction is getting out of the biased and fake news. Even Anderson Cooper stepped down after 20 years. Getting rid of the liberal hosts. 60 Minutes used to be NEWS, not one-sided reporting.
