The suspect was allegedly planning to plant the explosive under a car in the underground parking lot of the Four Seasons Hotel, where Carlson was staying. These events were supposedly planned to coincide with his visit to Russia from February 1 to February 8.

Tucker says he was under surveillance by US intelligence agencies, specifically the NSA, during his stay in Russia.

Special counsel Robert Hur issued a report earlier this month finding that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials,” but recommending against prosecution because of Biden’s “diminished faculties in advancing age and his sympathetic demeanor.”

“It is sad that it got to this point, but America desperately needs capable leadership in the White House,” Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, told The Daily Signal in a written statement. “The safety of our country is at stake. Democrats who constantly strategized to remove Donald Trump from office outside of the electoral process seem strangely quiet now that their guy is clearly asleep at the switch.” [Daily Signal]

I am attaching the letter from the City Attorney to the Mayor & Commissioners along with the 'mystery' Settlement Agreement finally. The letter is dated 2/21/24.

SCG's $5k+ app fee is waived. It appears that if the amendment to allow townhomes anywhere in Lake Worth Beach isn't passed at the same time as his (developer) request for a planned development, he will sue & if his planned development isn't approved, he will sue. Also, townhomes are mandated to be built on the property. The City has to approve the Settlement Agreement first.& Chris (the developer) will have 60 days to file a claim after that if he wants. It also appears that in the new settlement agreement, they increased the townhomes from 40 to 42, decreased the setback required and possibly removed the requirement for homes to be for sale not rent.

Border Patrol releases hundreds of migrants at bus stop after San Diego runs out of aid money

Hundreds of migrants were dropped off Friday at a San Diego bus stop instead of at a reception center that had been serving as a staging area because it ran out of local funding sooner than expected, showing how even the largest city on the country's southern border is struggling to cope with the unprecedented influx of people.

Migrants who previously had a safe place to charge phones, use the bathroom, eat a meal and arrange to head elsewhere in the U.S. were now left on the street as migrant aid groups scrambled to help out as best they could with makeshift arrangements.

Border Patrol buses carrying migrants from Senegal, China, Ecuador, Rwanda and many other countries arrived outside a transit center. Migrant aid groups said they would be bused from there to a parking lot where they could charge their phones and get a ride to the airport. The vast majority planned to spend only a few hours in San Diego before taking a flight or having someone pick them up.

Customs and Border Protection said in a statement Friday that the street releases were “the latest example of the pressing need for Congress to provide additional resources and take legislative action to fix our outdated immigration laws.”

Such a purpose is inconsistent with the Department’s mission and with the Principles of Federal Prosecution. See § 9-27.260. Any action likely to raise an issue or the perception of an issue under this provision requires consultation with the Public Integrity Section, and such action shall not be taken if the Public Integrity Section advises that further consultation is required with the Deputy Attorney General or Attorney General.

In 2020 and 2022, according to federal election finance filings and nonprofit tax forms, groups linked to Arabella were active in financing Democrats and left-leaning get-out-the-vote efforts. A leader of one of the funds connected to Arabella has already promised to keep up their efforts in 2024.

In 2020, in the run-up to the general election between now-President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump, those groups funneled hundreds of millions of dollars to organizations that were intimately involved in a myriad of activities, including efforts to get out the vote, facilitate mail-in voting, explicitly oppose President Trump’s campaign, or support President Biden’s campaign.

He says IRS agents “are assholes...they are the definition of an asshole, all of them.”

Road Re-surfacing on Lake and Lucerne to take about one year

$5.4 million resurfacing project set to roll across downtown's main avenues after Lake Worth Beach Street Painting Festival

LAKE AND LUCERNE avenues will be covered with colorful murals this Saturday and Sunday when more than 600 artists scrawl chalk masterpieces on asphalt at the annual Lake Worth Beach Street Painting Festival.

Two days later, the artists will be replaced by construction workers launching a $5.4 million road resurfacing project — a ‘street paving festival’ of sorts — that will cover a 2.3-mile stretch of the main downtown avenues with fresh layers of asphalt.

The work will last about a year and be done in phases, starting Feb. 27 with the construction of new sidewalks, curbs, lighting and guardrails on the north side of Lucerne Avenue at Golfview Road.

Crews will work their way west, redoing sidewalks, curbs and lighting on both avenues in sections, a process expected to take about six months. By the end of summer and early fall, the actual road resurfacing will begin.

The judge in Georgia is scheduled to hold a hearing today to determine whether or not to remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the state's case against former president Donald Trump for election interference.

The defense counsel who brought attention to the relationship initially is requesting that the judge reject the indictment and exclude Willis, Wade, and their offices from any further participation in the case due to the conflict of interest it poses.

The law says “disqualification can occur if evidence is produced demonstrating an actual conflict or the appearance of one,” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said during a hearing Monday.

Because he believes “it’s possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in a disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

Musk is questioning the verdict in Trump’s civil fraud case.

Here’s the lowdown. Trump was found liable in a civil suit brought against him by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The result? Trump was ordered to cough up more than $350 million. Quite a hefty sum, no? But wait a minute – if all of the loans granted to Trump were paid back with interest, who exactly is the victim here?

That’s the question Musk posed on Twitter. “Given that there were no victims with losses, who is supposed to receive the money?” he asked. A fair question, to be sure. It seems like Musk, like many of us, is scratching his head at the logic (or lack thereof) behind this case.

Yoav Gallant, the Israeli defense minister, told journalists that the Jewish state has intelligence showing that 30 employees of the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) took part in Hamas’s Oct. 7 terror attack on Israel.

The minister shared the names and photos of 12 UNRWA employees, whom Israel had previously said took part in the Oct. 7 attack, in the press briefing. The 12 include Faisal al-Naami, an UNRWA social worker who Israel says was visually identified in Israeli territory on Oct. 7 and was involved in kidnapping a soldier from the town of Be’eri.
