Hope nobody was seriously hurt. Just as an aside,the hedges around some olaces in the city make it impossible to see whats coming!
to 10.44 I have been calling the city code on this subject and get no where.its not only hedges some stop signs cant even be seen.this should come under risk management
Running a stop sign means the driver was distracted, stupid or both and has nothing to do with hedges.
It's always easier to make excuses. That way,nobody's feelings get hurt.
In this particular situation, a driver did not stop and plowed into a PBSO vehicle. No hedges were involved.
Too many illegals without driver's licenses.Drive defensively, never assume the rules of the road will be followed.When you see someone's blinker on, it means the blinker works- that's all.
