Hudson Holdings is still stalling on The Gulfstream Hotel renovation using a citizens' lawsuit as an excuse not to do anything. The referendum was passed before Hudson Holdings came into this picture. They bought the hotel knowing that the voters said no more than 45' in this area. A few advocates of the Trio (Maxwell, Triolo and Amoroso) keep complaining that we can't prove any corruption. All you have to do is open your eyes.
