Our Politically Correct Leader in Chief - Obama

Comment Up

"Immediately following the mass shooting at Oregon's Umpqua College, President Obama was quick to blame easy access to firearms, even promising to politicize the campus massacre to get the change he wanted.

But when terrorists shouting Allahu Akbar launch multiple attacks across Paris leaving more than 150 dead, he can't say who was responsible.  What he did say was, "I don’t want to speculate at this point in terms of who was responsible for this.

You know. The whole world knows. Obama knows ... but he won't say the word." --  Shhhhh...Islam." Last night, the closest that any world leader came to identifying those who committed the massacres were some who used the word "terrorists."

One of the GOP candidates had the guts to tell it like it is:
“America must stand with our allies against the scourge of radical Islamic terrorism. This is an evil that does not discriminate between French, German or American, Christian, Muslim or Jew, soldier, football player, or concert goer. Their only goal is to murder those who do not submit to their vicious, totalitarian ideology. Our deepest condolences go out to our French allies, and I know the government of the United States stands by to offer any assistance necessary..."

Unfortunately with Marco Rubio, there are still people holding it against him for the Gang of Eight where he was trying to be a part of a bi-partisan effort to solve our immigration problem. Since then, he is steadfastly behind this policy, one in which I approve--.

What he has said-
No one gets amnesty. Unless we continue to do nothing, this bill will eliminate today’s status quo de facto amnesty in which we have 11 million undocumented immigrants here and don’t know who they are, what activities they’re engaged in or anything else about them. On day one, no undocumented immigrant is rewarded with anything. What happens on day one is the clock starts running on meeting the mandatory security triggers – implementing an effective border security plan, mandatory employment verification for all businesses, and full implementation of an exit system. Once the border security plan is in place, undocumented immigrants will be able to come forward, must submit to and pass background checks, be fingerprinted, pay fines, pay taxes, prove gainful employment, go to the back of the line, and prove they’ve had a physical presence in the U.S. since before 2012, among other measures. They won’t get any federal benefits. And if they meet all these requirements, they will earn a temporary status that allows them to work. If they don’t they will be deported.
