Hudson Holdings pulls out of Boynton Project

Comment Up
Steve Michael

Hudson Holdings, a company that wants to get hold of our casino complex, just pulled out of a project in Boynton Beach. "Steven Michael of HH Boynton told the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency board Tuesday night the company decided to 'pull out' of the project." He did not give his reasons.  Maybe Boynton lucked out.

You can read about it...if you subscribe to the Palm Beach Post or go to Facebook, Keep Lake Worth Beach Public, where they took a screen shot of the article.

You got that one right. Boynton lucked out. This guy is Peter Willard's kissing cousin.

I think you captured his true spirit with this photo. Maybe Greater Bay told them we're an easy mark here is the little city by the sea.

This was at the regular city commission meeting just recently and John Szerdi brought him to the meeting. The ITN was not even on the agenda and there was no discussion of the Gulfstream Hotel that night. He was there for some sort of intimidation or reminder of his proposal, IMO.

Maxwell, Triolo, and Amoroso-look what you allowed your friend Szerdi to drag into our town! This is disgusting. ALL of you should be recalled over this con man that you schemed to push down our throats! GREAT due diligence, Torcivia and company ! Bornstein needs to fired. Immediately. It cost us 1.6 million to kick Greater Bay out of town. How much will we have to cough up for this crap shoot that you got us into?!? Katie Mcgiveron

First Greater Bay gets a big fat settlement and now ANOTHER group of con men pounce onto Lake Worth ? This is just too much of a coincidence. I think they will get their settlement and then share the wealth with everyone involved in this con game.

What settlement ? Nothing has been signed.

Not YET ! When these crooks are all looking at a piece of the settlement pie that Torcivia will recommend , they won't be able to sign it quickly enough. The three stooges know they'll never get elected again. They have to get their money while they can.

unless he is delivering his PR, he looks pretty scary.

I will reserve judgment on HH, but City leadership SHOULD be paying attention to their track record, this Boynton Beach controversy, change in project and lots of back and forth including threats of litigation, as well as their ability to obtain zoning waivers in Delray and tearing down historic homes to replace with upzoned condos.

Ha doesn't Glacier Bay make toilets?? So many in Delray hate this guy. He only got the Sundy House properties because old Tom was in a vulnerable position.

Do we need another truck in the city fleet or a PR Director? If the city would not be so cheap and hire a PR director that would be dedicated to stopping the misinformation, gossip and lies a group of people are spreading we would not all be arguing about it now. Or at least the argument would be based on facts instead of fiction.
We also new an economic director and part time tourism director.
Lake Worth is still the town with potential to be so much better. Fill up our empty stores. Fix up and paint the small rental houses (with 10 people in them now) and convert to single family homes.

No one could ever stop your lies, anonymous. Why should the taxpayers pay some big executive salary for this visionaries' propaganda? That is BS.
