For a State that has no income tax, Rick Scott has now proposed to reduce state cellphone and cable television taxes during the 2015 legislative session to the tune of $470 million so that the average family can save $43 a year or $3.58 a month! Give me a break; it's meaningless. Did I read this right? All I can hope for is that the Florida Legislature has common sense and will turn down this particular Scott campaign promise of lowering taxes. It won't help the average resident and it will hurt the State
