Quote of the Day - Allen West--responding to Al Sharpton

Comment Up
"If you want to talk about no diversity in honoring excellence, look at the recipients of the Most Valuable Player awards over the last 58 years. It's shocking! Seventy-eight percent of all MVP's in history have been black. Boy, I'd say the NBA is way too black. We ought to hold an emergency meeting to discuss possible action against the NBA, right Al? I mean it's simply not FAIR. In the NBA, it's like outer space, Al--the higher you get, the darker it gets."

~ Allen West

responding to and using the words of racist Al Sharpton and his left fuming crazy comment about looking into the possibility of suing the Academy Awards for not honoring a black person.

Race should not even be an issue in this day and age. Who cares what color people are, we are all human beings and brothers and sisters. Al just likes to sensationalize race and call all unfair. He must be a middle child. We need to get beyond race in our country and world. Race and religion are hurting and dividing us. West is right to rise above, the logic is crazy. Unfortunately, until people stop treating others like freaks or from another planet, gays, blacks, Mexicans, etc, all this will continue to exist. It starts with each one of us to embrace all without judgement. Can we do it?

There is always so much hypocrisy. A good example is Planet Fitness. They use the slogan, "a judgement free zone," yet they have a Lunk Alarm in their gym and judge people if they act, behave, or look to bulky or working out hard. They say they are not a gym, yet their van say they are a gym, and they are really a gym. The crazy gimmicks these businesses use today are crazy and hypocritical.

We need independent thinkers who can look beyond all this craziness in this world.
