Lake Worth Commission to make Comprehensive Plan Amendment

Comment Up

The City of Lake Worth just advertised its notice of a Public Hearing on a massive Comprehensive Plan amendment that will be held on February 3 at 6pm during the city commission meeting.

Ordinance No. 2015-02 of the City of Lake Worth, Florida, adopting a comprehensive Plan Text Amendment by incorporating Water Supply Plan and amending the Future Land Use Element, Infrastructure Element, Coastal Management Element, Conservation Element, Intergovernmental Coordination Element and Capital Improvement Element; proving for severability, conflicts and an effective date.

Of course, everyone has the right to appeal this but he/she will have to record the proceedings.  But I ask you, why would anyone appeal it when NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IN THE HECK IT MEANS?  I would wager to say that most on P&Z or the Historical Board have no clue either but most favor the city administration and what it wants to do.

The comprehensive plan provides the principles, guidelines, standards, and strategies for the orderly and balanced future economic, social, physical, environmental, and fiscal development of the area that reflects community commitments to implement the plan and its elements. (§163.3177(1), F.S.).

But WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS COMMISSION IS DOING other than trying to grab the cash and use millions for infrastructure development at the Park of Commerce for their "field of dreams."  Changing a Comprehensive Plan is a big deal. This commission has not and will not change the Comp Plan recognizing the 57% of us who won the Heights election that keeps Lake Worth a low-rise downtown. But it will adopt the convolution above?

If you don't know what it all entails, Commissioners, don't vote for it.

That's the plan - you are not suppose to really understand this UN Agenda for the 21st century! They use soft policy (not authorized laws) and even had to create a "New Urban-ism" dictionary as well as a "CONGRESS for the NEW URBAN-ISM"! The APA (American Planning Association) even had a "Boot Camp" (their words, not mine) to acknowledge at last, UN Agenda 21, the tin foil hat conspiracy they 1st said DID NOT EXIST then did ADMIT it EXISTED, but this wasn't it! Really?

It's classic 'Emperor has no clothes on' stuff!

Follow the money - find the truth!
