Sept. 27, 2013: Lake Worth art dealer Heather Brassner sues to divorce her estranged partner in Broward Circuit Court. The women were bound legally by a 2002 Vermont civil union and Florida’s gay marriage ban prevented the state from recognizing their legal relationship. On Tuesday, they should be able to divorce.

Glad FL is getting with the times like all other states in the USA! It is about time, they are so behind the times in so many things.

Now can FL outlaw smoking in bars and ALL public places like beaches or 50ft away or more from entrances to all buildings?

Fine smokers for throwing butts on the ground too!
