Bradshaw takes down Booking Blotter

Comment Up

Are there just too many crimes in Palm Beach County and the site is getting overwhelmed?  Perhaps Bradshaw's budget is not enough? Nope, that's not it.

According to The Palm Beach Post, "the sheriff has been selectively deleting arrested officers' names from the public jail log." I guess he wants to be fair to all arrested people and take all the names down, not just police officers.  What's good for one is good for all and certainly democratic, right?

Bradshaw should be voted out for this move. The public has the right to know. I think the PBSO cover up a lot of crime in our county and city.

Yesterday when we were driving to the beach at around 5pm, they had the entrance of N K St closed at 2nd Ave North, a lot of police cars and a body in the road, yet I never saw anything on the news about it or what happened?? Anyone know?

There is so much crime in this city. On Sat night coming home from dinner the police were driving and running the wrong way down 2nd Ave North and tackled a black guy and then handcuffed him and put him in their police car. Who knows what for? Too much crime and craziness in this city.

What is the long term plan for curbing crime in Lake Worth by the PBSO?

It seems to be getting really bad again here Lynn. Please do something.

I do not think PBSO should be flying their flag too high in our city, there is too much crime here, too much ineffective policing. They need a sub-station in the hood.

Will we ever see peace and quiet here, a cleaned up city without blight and crime? PBSO?

This is South Florida, what do you expect? Every city near the railroad or 95 is going to have problems with crime, prostitutes, drugs, ect. The only time we have been victims was when a mother was driving her son around stealing stuff out of unlocked cars, got 4 dollars in change.

Just keep protesting any development or improvements and you will continue to see the decline. Start appreciating what the current commission is trying to accomplish and get on board for a better Lake Worth.

Besides grabbing a lot of cash, not honoring elections, and giving the finger to the voters here, what exactly are they trying to accomplish?

NO ONE is "protesting any development or improvements" here. Where do you come up with that nonsense? We don't like all the affordable rental housing they are allowing to be built for starters and on the RR tracks where you say crime breeds.

Getting on board for a better Lake Worth sounds like a campaign soundbite...full of hot air and no substance.

Hey, when you can come up with one substantive accomplishment, let us all know. Thanks.

Lynn, did you see they are building new housing or condos behind the post office? Lucenite (the sign says something like this) or something like that? Are these going to be high end condos or more low income housing next to the new Publix? More for the PBSo to patrol, can they handle it?
