Developer makes business decision and changes his mind--
Developer Nick Mastroianni has killed plans for a hotel/condo/retail/restaurant development on the old Panama Hattie’s restaurant, opting instead to
try for a 95-unit development of luxury condos and townhouses. Mastroianni does not want to wait for all the approvals for his mixed use plan as he doesn't want to "miss the market." He has withdrawn his annexation plan into Palm Beach Gardens and will stay in the county.
