The national weather had predicted a big rain storm and we all sat there with fingers crossed. All we got were about 5 drops...umbrellas came out and instantly closed. It was a great night for football. We now park in the main parking area of the school which is $3 (It got moved just like the flea market). Admission to the game is $7 for adults (up $1 from last year) and $5 for students. I don't know who is responsible for setting admission fees but $5 for kids is high. I would love to see it cut to $2 and fill that stadium with screaming, "crazy" football fans.
The game started out very slowly. We kept yelling "come on guys," every time they received a 5, 10 or 15 yard penalty. It seemed as if they were getting penalties every other play. The second half was more exciting and we rang our cow bells often. My favorite little running-back, Donte Fills-Aime ran for 169 yards. That guy can move.
