A big shout out to this Commission- Pam ,Andy ,Scott, Christopher, and John- Thanks for allowing MORE low income ghetto housing into Lake Worth than EVER BEFORE IN OUR HISTORY.
I will say that I saw two PBSO deputies downtown on Sunday. They walked in to Rhum Shack, I think they were on duty meaning patrolling. I hope so. It really stood out to me, as I've not seen any cops downtown (outside of during special events, like parades, street painting festival) in more than a year.
I do also feel like I am seeing a cop car once a week or so when I'm driving in LW and that is, again, an increase from no presence to slight presence. I hope that is a lasting change and they increase their patrols.
