Unbeknown to the residents here in Lake Worth, we have a new Finance Director--Douglas R. Wood from Ft. Lauderdale. He started with us yesterday. If he was making $162,000 in fort Laud, what is he making here? There is no communication in this city.

Transparency? Non-existent in Lake Worth. We are only told things on a need-to-know. They run this "business" like the CIA, put little on the Agenda, and cut the meetings short.

Last year Steve Carr's salary was...

• Steven Carr $130,000

the leadership here has a lot to be desired,,,this position is even more impt than Bornstein's in many ways.

It's like the Obama Administration
The City Manager operates in secrecy in all issues. It is evident that there is no monthly reports on management and decisions made NOT AT THE MEETINGS but privately with the elected Officials and City Manager OUT OF THE SUNSHINE.
The Auditor that the City hired, after giving his report on Code Enforcement which showed lack of management, has not been heard of since, WHY WHY WHY???????????
Is there another audit being conducted, and what on and what Dept?

We'll never know.

This city manager is so lame and lacks leadership and transparency. It will hurt the elected officials. Borenstin thinks his charm and good looks can win over all and keep his job here, he needs to do reports weekly/month. He needs to be responsive to citizens. He has been a true disappointment for many of us here.

National College offers short term and associate degree programs one would expect to find at a medical/technical college or business school; continuing education and IT certification training; as well as several bachelor's degrees and a master of business administration at select campus locations. Fields of study include Accounting, Administrative Office, Business Administration, Computers, English as a Second Language, Information Technology, Medical and Healthcare training, Paralegal, Radio and Television, as well as Tourism and Hospitality.

In compliance with regulations of the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, in Tennessee National College is National College of Business and Technology. All references to "National" or "National College" within this web site refer to "National College of Business and Technology" in the state of Tennessee.
