House on the Lake Worth golf course

Comment Up
UPDATE COMMENT FROM OWNER

It's a beautiful house on the Lake Worth golf course. To curb a rumor and character assassination started on a local blog (something for which that blog is well known), don't try and buy this house--it is NOT for sale.

The false rumor was started to discredit those who reside there and injure reputations of those who live in our city. These people aren't running for office nor are they sitting on a city board, just private citizens.  Some bloggers know exactly how to manipulate the mechanics of false rumors especially when they are  bullies.

why post about a house that's not for sale?
what gives, is it empty or condemned?

I posted why I wrote about it in the first paragraph anonymous--but you knew that.

Empty or condemned? Really ? What an asshole.The home is beautiful. Ever been inside it? No , of course not. Go climb the side of the Gulfstream. With any luck, you'll fall. A long way. Onto a hard concrete sidewalk. Katie Mcgiveron

What is the sign post out front for?

Lynn Anderson said...

Some people like to event stories when there are none. The other blogger did that by posting or maybe even writing a despicable comment himself about the owners of this house and me and why this sign post was installed on the property. It is sleazy politics.

Why is there a sign post if it is not for sale. Usually a for sale sign follows a sign post. The "private citizens" that live there have been very mean and hurtful in their comments about other citizens.When you dish it out you have to be prepared for the backlash.

the difference here, anonymous @ 8:48, is that the "other blogger" held this non news or invented news story to hold them up to contempt. That is, in itself, contemptuous. Thanks for your comment.

I've seen beautiful houses condemned for structural reasons. You gave no info on who owns the house.

You say "NO NAME CALLING WILL BE ALLOWED", yet you allow this Katie Mcgiveron (the owner?) to call other commenters terrible things and wish horrible things to happen to them.

You're always yapping about code enforcement isn't a sign post against code? Little bit of a double standard here don't you think?

personal attacks like the ones i have read on your blog and the other blog are morally wrong. which of you will take the high road and stop.

" The "private citizens" that live there have been very mean and hurtful in their comments about other citizens".

WHAT comments have they made? The people who live here have done more for this community than most. They are not slum land lords. They have not been arrested for theft of campaign signs. They have not groped citizens and been convicted of elder abuse. They have not lied about their personal credentials in front of a judge. They have not crashed their car and left the scene ,drunk. Ring any bells, anon. piece of crap ? Katie Mcgiveron

@8:56-
Katie McGiveron posted under her own name, not anonymously against ANONYMOUS posters.
That is the difference here, anonymous. She stands up for her convictions.
@9:50
Don't know if a sign post is against the law. Send me the ordinance...let's find out.
@9:51
You would be very surprised at the posts I delete here. The high road is always taken and truth spoken.

In my haste to get a point across, I used the wrong word. It's better than using an incorrect point.

Lynn, thanks for always standing up for your beliefs. You too, Katie. This is where I come for city news, not the slander blog where all the punks hang who are all psychos or juveniles.

Thanks, above, from the Katie Mcgiveron

Dee and the Katie are neck and neck for trash mouth of the year. But for rants, Katie you win.

As stated, they put their names where their mouths are. It's nice to have an opinion but how about standing up for yours?

Be careful what you ask for. Thanks for the rant kudu's, but NOBODY could or can beat the queen of rants, Nadine Burns! Compared to her, I'm an amateur! Maybe one day when Scot steps down and I take his place, I can challenge Nadine's record! Katie Mcgiveron

The house is for sale, but you knew that. What a dumb post. Some of your commenters really crossed a line. Katie may regret her comments.

As Lynn stated in her original blog days ago, our home is not for sale.
The pole was returned to us from another address by the installer; rather than throwing it on the ground, he planted it for better security.
We are leaving it in place in case we need to use it for political purposes.
