Millions of dollars went into the renovation of this hotel 25 years ago when a dollar was worth something. Love to have it here, but i am sure it would take several of our 25 foot lots to build this, and several more for parking. do you want to lose a couple of blocks of neighborhoods to build this here in Lake Worth??????

I think we should knock down the Lucerne and build this in its place. Hey, put people to work, replace ugly with beautiful, and get Greg Rice out of town... three birds all with one stone.

Amen! Why doesn't Greg Rice the liar get the hell out of Lake Worth? He obviously thinks it stinks here.

well greg rice is right it does stink here----and even if people want to leave --sometimes they are stuck because of the property values have fallen so low and they cant find people to buy their homes because of the reputation this city has had for a very long time and people look at it looking run down and poor which it is--and the people who live here are poor and cant go anywhere else because they are poor if greg rice has money why is he in the poorest city in florida
